Elaine M. Kraft

Professional Background:

My first interest in the financial field came when I had to track stocks for the Chairman of the Board of Food Fair grocery stores.  I worked as a co-op for the IRS and became a senior Revenue Officer.  I also served as Vice President and then President of the National Treasury Employees Union.  I was a classroom instructor and an on the job instructor.  After 24 years with the IRS I worked for a group of Financial Planners managing their tax business and earned my Series 7, a General Securities designation.  I own Tax Pro Associates which allows me to understand financial and tax concerns.

Personal Interests/Passion

I have been married to Michael for 35 years and have two sons in their 30’s.  My youngest brother and two cats, Tigger and Bob also live with me.  I am very active in my church.  In June I started a new adventure as a grandmother.  I enjoy traveling, the results of gardening and am an avid reader.  I also enjoy cooking and am happiest when family and friends are gathered together over a good meal.
